Dodd was the key staffer for Reece, the congressman from East Tennessee, who in the 1950s carried out on behalf of Congress an investigation into the effect of the great US Tax-Exempt Foundations upon American society.

The Tax-Exempt Foundations are huge money laundering frauds used to social engineer society and collectively work to implement the City of London’s and Cecil Rhodes’ vision for world domination: i.e. work to bring about the Triumvirate of Evil’s New World Order.

”About ten days after 9/11, I went through the Pentagon and I saw Secretary Rumsfeld and Deputy Secretary Wolfowitz. I went downstairs just to say hello to some of the people on the Joint Staff who used to work for me, and one of the generals called me in.

He said, “Sir, you’ve got to come in and talk to me a second.” I said, “Well, you’re too busy.” He said, “No, no.” He says, “We’ve made the decision we’re going to war with Iraq.”

This was on or about the 20th of September. I said, “We’re going to war with Iraq? Why?” He said, “I don’t know.” He said, “I guess they don’t know what else to do.” So I said, “Well, did they find some information connecting Saddam to al-Qaeda?” He said, “No, no.” He says, “There’s nothing new that way.

They just made the decision to go to war with Iraq.” He said, “I guess it’s like we don’t know what to do about terrorists, but we’ve got a good military and we can take down governments.” And he said, “I guess if the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem has to look like a nail.”

So I came back to see him a few weeks later, and by that time we were bombing in Afghanistan. I said, “Are we still going to war with Iraq?”

And he said, “Oh, it’s worse than that.” He reached over on his desk. He picked up a piece of paper. A nd he said, “I just got this down from upstairs” — meaning the Secretary of Defense’s office — “today.”

And he said, “This is a memo that describes how we’re going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran.” I said, “Is it classified?” He said, “Yes, sir.” I said, “Well, don’t show it to me.”

And I saw him a year or so ago, and I said, “You remember that?” He said, “Sir, I didn’t show you that memo! I didn’t show it to you!”

General Wesley Clark revealed what he was told at the Pentagon after “9/11” about the Straussian/PNAC Plan (i.e. Judaeo-Freemasonry/Organised Jewry) to destroy the Middle East:

Iraq is the most infamous, with its weapons of mass destruction that didn’t exist. Nato’s destruction of Libya in 2011 was justified by a massacre in Benghazi that didn’t happen. Afghanistan was a convenient revenge war for 9/11, which had nothing to do with the people of Afghanistan.

Today, the news from Afghanistan is how evil the Taliban are — not that President Joe Biden’s theft of $7-billion of the country’s bank reserves is causing widespread suffering. Recently, National Public Radio in Washington devoted two hours to Afghanistan — and 30 seconds to its starving people.”

Following World War Two’s conclusion in 1945, the Zio-Anglo-American Establishment posing as the American New World Order achieved world hegemony. A World Power comprised of strategic-military and economic components: Hard and Soft power … the form of POWER that a country or empire uses in dealing with other nations and empires; especially sovereign states aiming to preserve their security using military force as their ultimate instrument.

While Hard Power implies something hard or strong, something with great force (usually military or economic power) Soft Power is more subtle.

Hard Power is the coercive approach to international political relation via military and economic power to influence or control the behaviour or interests of other states or political groups. In other words, states with a strong military and economic capacity will more easily wield their influence on states that are not as powerful in such capacities.

Soft Power [a term Joseph Nye coined] represents a more subtle form of power, and defined as a persuasive approach to international political relations via a nation’s cultural, historical and diplomatic influence. Unlike Hard Power, Soft Power is not based on the idea of force or coercion. It is the state’s ability to indirectly, asymmetrically, convince others to desire its goals and vision..

‘[A nation’s Soft Power is based on the use of three resources, namely] its culture (in places where it is attractive to others), its political values (when it lives up to them at home and abroad), and its foreign policies (where others see them as legitimate and having moral authority).”

Shortly after the Berlin Wall fell in the early 1990s the Bush administration assured Russian President Gorbachev that NATO would expand “not an inch” eastwards. History soon proved George H W Bush was a liar as, one after another, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Latvia, Slovakia, Poland and Slovenia joined the NATO alliance i.e. NATO became an aggressor not a defensive military alliance.

As described  by  Col. Richard Black who served for 31 years in the US Marines and US Army JAG Corps, before entering politics and serving as a member of the Virginia State Senate.

The Zio-Anglo–American Establishment exercises its Hard Power largely via the Atlantic Military-Strategic bloc, “NATO,” which is an aggressive intercontinental vehicle serving as the instrument for US strategy (i.e. Anglo-American Establishment strategy) for global dominance.

In 1945, USA’s occupation of Europe became permanent through the imposition of NATO, which has expanded, by careful design, incrementally to the Russian Federation’s border following the Soviet Empire’s collapse.

An occupation that has lasted for 7 decades and is barely noticed as such. A silent annexation most Europeans are completely unaware of: that their nations are essentially part of a collection of vassal states with unthinkingly loyal to its Zio-Anglo-American Establishment  masters.

Usury is the act of lending money at an exorbitant rate of interest. It is an immensely profitable business but inherently evil. Usury and debt-slavery banking system is the root cause of nearly all problems on Earth. It allows evil people to rule over us.

Beginning in World War 1, but especially after World War 2, the United States of America became the New World Order‘s military arm and Washington, DC has functioned as the New World Order‘s military headquarters. Similarly, since the 17th century, the City of London (and its offshoot in Manhattan in Wall Street) functions as the New World Order’s financial world headquarters  and Vatican City functions as its religious headquarters.

Washington, DC, the City of London and Vatican City, are city states set up as an autonomous political entities separate from their host nation’s laws: self-government that has never been challenged.

A legal status apart from the host nation that ensures no one can control them except their Secret Masters, the Triumvirate of Evil’s Occult Hierarchy.

America’s Secret Destiny was not only to become the “New Atlantis” but also to act as its enforcement strong-arm, its perpetual war machine, to transform the world via contrived wars and revolution’s Created Destruction.

War is an expensive affair and requires big money to finance it. History is replete with accounts of Kings, Queens, Princes, Lords, Emperors and Tsars scrambling around for money to finance their war ambitions. Taxing and stealing from their people and borrowing heavily from others, especially the International Usurers. An indebtedness that often beggars their nation and pauperises their people.

Usury and the control of a nation’s currency (or credit) are very powerful weapons in the wrong hands. That is why Organised Evil on Earth destroyed the Knights Templars (Christendom’s first international bankers) in the 14th century to make way for the tribe of people who would become the International Usurers.

International Usurers engulfed the world in debt and inexorably stole its wealth and resources using Fractional Reserve Banking, control of a nation’s credit and currency via the Central Bank Cartel.
