The UN Conference on Human Settlements (Habitat II) met June 3-14 1996 in Istanbul an immediately started to paint an alarming picture of the UN envisioned 21st century. A gloomy picture of the “ideal community” living under the new set of UN mandated economic, environmental, and social guidelines.

A scenario that redefines citizenship, democracy and education and holds no future for free speech, individualism, personal aspiration, unrestricted travel and Christianity.

UN change agents and handpicked civic leaders, working directly with the UN, will implement UN “laws” that bypass state and national representatives.

Using the Politically Correct “tolerance” as a suppression mechanism. The Declaration of Principles on Tolerance, adopted and signed by the Member States of the UNESCO on 16 November, 1995 defines “Tolerance” as:

“… the rejection of dogmatism and absolutism [as well as] appreciation [for the world’s religions and lifestyles is] not only a moral duty, it is also a political and legal requirement.”

Communist ideology permeates major NGO (non-governmental organisations) workshops, official UN literature, and the organisational guidelines for local communities. Entering the massive

Village burned down in front of villagers, destroying any hope of ever returning
Villagers/Peasants transported to Ghost City
Feudal farmland converted to corporate farming run by a state-sponsored corporation
Industrial/Manufacturing plants have ready supply of slave labour

The New World Order nurtured Red China and built it rapidly with massive investment transforming it from a medieval culture into a modern, industrialised civilisation challenging the West.

David Rockefeller III who was a major actor in the process crowed about its success. That the unfolding nightmare in China was part of the greater plan to enslave the world. That China was being transformed according to the Communitarian demands of the “global village.”

A demonic vision demanding absolute control via coercion using force and/or manufactured consent and the Global Hive Mind. A mandated universal participation in facilitated small groups orchestrated and directed by change agents, facilitators, modelled on the hierarchy of “soviets” or “councils” in Communist lands.

Population control means controlling people, not merely by abortion and other forms of murder but also their thoughts and actions from the cradle to the grave. This to be achieved by Agenda 21/2030 and the attendant Habitat Agenda.

Regarded as “international law”, the Habitat Agenda includes all the draconian Action Plans outlined in previous UN world conferences. An “international law” limiting not only world population size but also housing, production, consumption, parenting, communication and religious expression.

A resemblance to the USSR Constitution that is not coincidental.

The Habitat Agenda is an intrinsic part of the progressive plan for Global Governance. It is part of the rationale for “global citizenship”,”Smart Cities” and the “re-wilding” of planet Earth.

The 1990 UN World Conference on Education for All outlined how training in “global citizenship” would begin with the universal education system.

The UN plan for “lifelong learning” a pernicious indoctrination system moulding minds around the world. Indoctrinating everyone, young and old, with communist ideology and earth-centred spirituality. Designed to create the Hive Mind of “solidarity”, which is intrinsic to the envisioned “world of peace.”

Solidarity

The totalitarian UN vision for 21st Century communities does not tolerate dissent of any kind. This includes independent thought and action. Traditional beliefs, values and life-styles do not fit into its strict template.

The Habitat leaders convened a day-long “Dialogue” on the meaning of “Solidarity”:

“I have gathered leaders with tremendous wisdom and prestige … They are bringing the spiritual dimension – the only ingredient that can bind societies together”.

Habitat Secretary-General Wally N’Dow.

The American Robert MacNeil (of MacNeil-Lehrer) was chosen as moderator to add credibility to the discussion because, according to N’Dow, he was: “one of the spiritual lights of the media industry today.”

As always with the New Order Agenda, the “interfaith group” in deep “Dialogue” was filled with hand-picked lackeys. A fix guaranteeing that “Solidarity’s” definition accorded with the New World Order Agenda and meant a required universal shift to the Luciferian New Age paradigm .

Hence, “Solidarity” entails:

“Citizenship for the next century is learning to live together … The 21st Century city will be a city of social solidarity … We have to redefine the words … [and write a new] social contract …

We should stop bemoaning the growth of cities. It’s going to happen and it’s a good thing, because cities are the vectors of social change and transformation. Let’s just make sure that social change and transformation are going in the right direction …. The media must act as part of the education process that counters individualism.”

The heart of “lifelong education” is to be “spiritual training”:

“The new interfaith centers will honor the rituals of every… faith tradition: Islam, Hinduism, Jain, Christian [a cross-less version that blends with other beliefs]… and provide opportunity for sacred expressions needed to bind the people of the planet into a viable, meaningful, and sustainable solidari … What’s needed is an interfaith center in every city of the globe.”

Sustainable Development

“Sustainable Development” is the pretext for much of the coming world tyranny. It is also the coming universal education’s guiding principle. Its indoctrination creed. It demands that people everywhere must be taught “facts” about environmental “risks” that are designed to scare them into compliance.

This is the Climate Emergency and Man-Made Global Warming Fraud’s function.

People must be persuaded to accept hitherto unthinkable limits on consumption, land and energy use, transportation, free of movement and family size.

Why?

To not only preserve resources for future generations but also “save the planet” itself … say UN leaders. Not only that, but the real meaning of “sustainability” is based on the three E’s:

Environment, Economy, and Equity

In other words, a massive redistribution of the world’s resources: money, energy, water, and people – in order to create “global equality”.

A Communist inspired enterprise. One of Judaeo-Freemasonry’s bitter fruits. A Pharisaic abomination bringing misery and death to all it ensnares except the favoured Party Leaders and their lackeys.

A dystopian nightmare in which all but the favoured few, which amassed significant wealth and affluence, became equally poor, destitute and miserable and their children indoctrinated in anti-human, anti-Christian socialist philosophy. A miserable existence in which the masses were reduced spiritually, morally and economical to the level of the lowest common denominator.

The similarities between the Communist Manifesto and the UN Agenda (outlined in the Beijing Declaration, incorporated into the Habitat Agenda as well as Agenda 21/2030) is not coincidence. They all arise from the same Evil source. First found modern expression in the Illuminati Manifesto.

Both:

Use psychology and sociology to establish the victim-hood, blame and anger needed to fuel the revolution
Use propaganda, mass psychology and indoctrination (“education”) to conform minds to the new ideology i.e. manufacture consensus and create Hive Mind
Use synthesis (blending opposing views into compromise beliefs that match new goals) to produce group consensus i.e. manufacture consensus
Promise economic equality and wealth redistribution to seduce the masses
Demonise anyone who does not agree with agenda and refuse to compromise as “extremists”
Spread hatred toward “extremists”

The Communist Manifesto led to the Bolshevik Zionist Russia abomination: a religious, moral and economic tyranny ending in bankruptcy. This a necessary test case, as is the Red China enterprise, before (lessons learned) their merging into the New Global Governance that is the New World Order.

Implementing the Plan

Through consultation and consensus-building, local authorities would learn from citizens and from local, civic, community, business and industrial organizations and acquire the information needed for formulating the best strategies.”

The Agenda’s implementation has been meticulously worked out over several centuries. Honed to near perfection by evil intelligences. The failed Bolshevik Zionist Jew experiment called the “Soviet Union” highlighted flaws in the system. The human spirit still endured under its remorseless terror and tyranny.

Hence, its glammed up appearance as “Sustainable Development” and “Earth Worship”.

Together with the establishment of the Final Revolution whereby people agree, by consensus, to give up all freedom and liberty, become Hive Minded slave workers, and to Love their Servitude.

A huge global network has been established of organisations committed to carry out the UN plan at the international, national and local levels.

Smart Cities

The draconian “UN Global Action Plan” is part of a worldwide agenda to control population both in number and activity. Its goals and objectives are to corral ordinary humanity into high density areas under constant and total surveillance.

Complete control of mankind using the Man-Made Global Warming Fraud as the pretext and the so-called “Green Policies”, which local councils everywhere signed up to at the millennium’s turn. Key to the plan is herding the masses into so-called Smart Cities.

In agrarian nations such as China, Smart Cities are built on new sites, often left unoccupied for awhile (before being populated by peasantry forced off their ancient lands) and have been called Ghost Cities.

In the crowded Old World of Europe land is a premium. The modus operandi is the same to create a Smart City/Smart Village is:

Smart Cities sited on demolished ageing infrastructure footprints
Existing housing stock, especially Council Estates, are re-branded as “Brownfield Sites” are obliterated despite less costly and disruptive plans, which could re-develop the homes.
All existing tenants are removed
New housing is not affordable to existing residents
Gentrification of new development occurs
Restrictions on private transport and property ownership
New residents told that public transport links are being improved
Residents encouraged to stay in their own Smart City / Smart Village
Local businesses priced out and the appearance given that they are being supported by the local council, when they are not
Smart Cities built to simple template and all similar and discourages travel etc. i.e. no need to travel anywhere apart from commuting to and from work.
